The Consultation
Each project begins with a consultation. During this on-site meeting we discuss the clients lifestyle, personal style as well as design ideas and dilemmas. We take preliminary measurements and photographs to help build a picture of the project and discuss time lines, budget and any other necessary information.
The Concept
With all the gathered information and scope of work determined, Elizabeth Munro Design will develop a design plan and present the client with concept designs consisting of floor plans, proposed furniture layouts and architectural details. This will accompany a mood board with colour schemes and samples of all suggested finishes and imagery of proposed cabinetry, millwork, furniture etc. We will work with you and tweak it until it’s perfect.
The Design
Upon approval of the concept, out team will finalize the design and prepare detailed floor plans, elevations and details as needed for the project. A detailed design package including a complete drawing set, final finishes board with samples as well as an itemized breakdown of costs will be presented.
Project Management & Installation
Renovating, decorating or building is time consuming and requires attention to detail. Elizabeth Munro Design will manage your project from start to finish working with our roster of trusted trades and suppliers we’ve cultivated over the years. Throughout the entire process we will be there to make sure the project is running smoothly and that you are kept up to date with the progress until project completion.
